Merge Multiple Invoices Into One PDF

Need to send a customer several invoices at once? Until now, that meant opening and downloading each invoice PDF one at a time, then attaching a stack of files to your email. Tedious — and easy to miss one.

Now you can combine them into a single PDF in just a few clicks.

How It Works

On the Invoices list, you'll see a new Merge PDFs button:

1. Click Merge PDFs. A checkbox column appears next to your invoices.
2. Check the invoices you want to combine (pick two or more — across pages is fine).
3. Click Merge N PDFs (it shows how many you've selected).
4. One tidy PDF downloads, ready to print or email.

Done? Click Cancel Merge anytime to go back to the normal view.
