Nothing in that list tells you whether the lot was already reported. To find out, you leave the screen, open the status page and look through the submissions. That check is easy to skip on a busy day. A lot gets reported twice, or one gets missed. **CLTS status badges** put the answer next to each lot name. Every lot in the **Submit Move-In/Out to CLTS** list now shows an **IN** badge and an **OUT** badge, so you can see where each lot stands before you select it. ![](https://feedlotsolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-12-2026-01-26-15-7784-PM.png?width=899&height=822&name=image-png-Oct-12-2026-01-26-15-7784-PM.png) ## What the badges mean Each lot carries two badges, one for Move-In and one for Move-Out. Each badge has its own colour. - **Green:** every animal in the lot has been submitted and CCIA has processed them all successfully. - **Orange:** the lot has at least one submission, but not everything is confirmed. This covers a submission still in progress, one awaiting the CCIA result, one CCIA only partly processed, and one that failed. - **Grey:** nothing has been submitted for that event. Hover over a badge to see the detail. For example, "Move-In: 7 of 10 Hd processed successfully by CCIA" or "Move-In: Last submission failed." ## How to read it Take a lot of 10 animals. You submit 7 for Move-In. The **IN** badge turns orange, and the tooltip reads "Submitted, waiting for the CCIA result." Once CCIA confirms those 7, the tooltip changes to "7 of 10 Hd processed successfully by CCIA." The badge stays orange because 3 animals are still outstanding. You then submit the remaining 3. When CCIA has processed all of them, the **IN** badge turns green. The **OUT** badge stays grey until you submit a Move-Out for that lot. ## Where the CCIA result comes from FLS asks CCIA for the result of each animal when you open a submission on the **Move-In/Out Status** screen. To refresh a submission, click the small triangle on its row. 1. Open **View Status** from the submission screen, or go to **Move-In/Out Status** from the Cattle menu. 2. Click the triangle at the left of the submission row. 3. When CCIA reports every animal as processed, the **Status** column changes to **PROCESS SUCCESS** at once. If any animal is not processed, it shows **PARTIAL PROCESSED**. Return to the submission screen and the lot's badge reflects the new result. ## Important safeguards - A badge turns green only when the processed head count reaches the number of animals in the lot. - A submission that has not been opened on the status screen shows orange, because FLS has no CCIA result for it yet. - A failed submission shows orange, not grey, so you can see that an attempt was made. - Badges are matched to lots by lot name, not by a lot number. - The count is an estimate based on head counts. If you submit the same animals twice, they are counted twice. - If the badge information cannot be loaded, the lot list still works. It just appears without badges. - The badges are a guide only. They never stop you from selecting a lot or submitting. ## Available in FLS Cloud Badges appear in the **Lot** list on **Move-In/Out Submission**, under the **Cattle** menu. They are part of the screen and need no setup. They update after each submission you make, so you can see right away what changed. If you still check the status page before every submission, try working from the lot list instead. Open **Move-In/Out Submission**, look at the badges, and go to **Move-In/Out Status** only when a lot shows orange.       Not using FLS Cloud yet?
