Introduce Live Support - A Smoother Way to Get Support in FLS Cloud

     

    Getting help should not feel like another job.

    That is why we are introducing a new Live Support experience in FLS Cloud. The next time you need help, we can connect with you directly through FLS Cloud, without asking you to install extra software, open a separate remote-access tool, share a code, wait for an email, or click a special meeting link.

    You simply sign in to FLS Cloud like you normally do. From there, we can help you more smoothly, in the same system you are already using.

    What Is Different?

    In the past, support often required a few extra steps. You may have needed to install a screen-sharing app, read out a connection code, open an email link, or switch between tools before we could see what was happening.

    The new Live Support experience removes that friction.

    When a support request needs a closer look, we can now work with you directly inside FLS Cloud. That means:

    • No software to install
    • No connection code to read out
    • No support link to find in your email
    • No separate remote-access setup
    • No switching away from FLS Cloud just to get started

    It is designed to feel simple: sign in, stay in FLS Cloud, and let us help.

    How It Works

    If you contact us for support and we need to look at the screen with you, we may ask you to sign in to your FLS Cloud account.

    Once you are signed in, we can start a Live Support session from our side. You can continue working in FLS Cloud while we view the screen and guide you through the issue.

    If needed, we can also use the built-in chat to communicate during the session. In some cases, with your permission, we may help by controlling the mouse and keyboard so we can walk through the steps with you directly.

    The goal is not to change how you use FLS Cloud. The goal is to make support faster and easier when you need it.

    When Would We Use It?

    Live Support is useful when a question is easier to solve by looking at the screen together.

    For example, we may use it when you need help with:

    • Finding the right screen or report
    • Reviewing a setup question
    • Walking through a workflow
    • Checking why something looks different than expected
    • Helping a new user get comfortable inside FLS Cloud

    Instead of trying to describe every click over the phone, we can see the same screen and help you move forward faster.

    What You Need To Do

    There is nothing to install ahead of time.

    The next time you have a support request, just contact us like usual. If Live Support is the best way to help, we will ask you to sign in to FLS Cloud and we can try the new experience together.

    That is it.
