Privacy Policy for FLS Cloud

FLS Cloud ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the FLS Cloud mobile app handles information when used on iOS devices.
Information We Collect
The FLS Cloud iOS app is designed for feedlot management workflows. The app may use information that you or your organization provide through your FLS Cloud account, such as feedlot records, load sheets, animal records, medical records, operational entries, user account information, and related business data.
The iOS app also uses Bluetooth only to connect to supported nearby devices, such as compatible scale hardware. Bluetooth is used only to communicate with those devices during app operation.
Bluetooth Use
The app requests Bluetooth access so it can discover and connect to supported feedlot equipment. We do not use Bluetooth to track your location, identify your physical movements, or collect unrelated nearby device information.
How We Use Information
We use app information to:
Provide FLS Cloud features and feedlot management workflows.
Sync authorized data between the mobile app and your FLS Cloud account.
Support offline operation where available.
Connect to supported Bluetooth equipment when requested by the user.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve app reliability.
Information Sharing
We do not sell user information. We do not use information collected through the app for third-party advertising or tracking.
Information may be shared only as needed to provide the FLS Cloud service, comply with legal obligations, protect the security of the service, or support your organization’s authorized use of the system.
Data Storage and Security
FLS Cloud may store operational data on secure servers and may store limited data locally on the device to support offline use. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
Offline Data
When offline mode is used, some app data may be stored locally on the device so users can continue working without an internet connection. When connectivity returns, the app may sync eligible offline changes back to FLS Cloud.
Children’s Privacy
FLS Cloud is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
You can disable Bluetooth access in iOS Settings, but Bluetooth-connected equipment features may not work without that permission.
