If you open the same FLS Cloud screens many times a day, keyboard shortcuts can save time.
Instead of going through the menu, you can press a key combination to open screens like Contacts, Lots, Add Cattle Move-In, Feed Call, Load Sheets, Medical Screen, and Reports.
Go to:
MyFLS → Settings → Shortcuts
You will see all shortcut options grouped by area:

FLS Cloud helps prevent problems by checking for:
For example, if two menus use the same shortcut, you will see a message like:
Shortcut Alt+Shift+B has been used by both Finance - Contacts and Cattle - Add Move-In.
Try to avoid browser shortcuts like Ctrl+T, Ctrl+W, and Ctrl+P.
Click the small x beside a shortcut to remove it.
Click Reset to Default to restore the original FLS Cloud shortcuts.
Shortcuts work when your cursor is not inside a text box or editable field. This prevents shortcuts from interrupting normal data entry.
Custom shortcuts make FLS Cloud faster for daily tasks, especially if you often switch between cattle, feed, finance, medical, and report screens.
Set up the shortcuts that match your workflow, and you can move through FLS Cloud with fewer clicks and less time spent searching through menus.
