Stay in the Loop: Introducing Notifications in FLS Cloud

We're excited to roll out a small feature that makes a big difference: in-app Notifications. No more wondering whether you missed an email about a new feature, a bug fix, or an important announcement — everything now lives right inside FLS Cloud, waiting for you the next time you log in.

What's new?

You'll see a little red dot next to MyFLS at the top of your screen whenever you have something unread. Open the menu and you'll find a new Notifications item — also with a red badge showing the count. One click, and you're there.

Why we built it

Up to now, the only way for us to tell you about something new was email. Emails get lost, filtered, forwarded, or simply skipped on a busy day at the feedlot. Notifications land in the one place we know you'll be — FLS Cloud itself — and they stay there until you've read them.

What you'll see

Each notification arrives as a clean card with:

• A category tag — so you can tell at a glance what it's about:
  • Feature — something new we've added
  • Bug Fix — something we've repaired
  • Personal — a message meant just for you
  • General — everything else
• A title and message — short and to the point.
• An optional link — if there's a page, doc, or video to check out, you'll see an Open link button.
• A sent date — so you always know how fresh the news is.

How it works

1. Sign in as usual.
2. Notice a red dot on MyFLS? Click it, then click Notifications.
3. Read your messages — the red dot clears automatically.
4. Click any link inside a notification to jump straight to the relevant page.

That's it. No setup. No preferences to configure. It just works.

This is just the first step. Over time we'll use Notifications to keep you up to speed on release highlights, planned maintenance windows, and feedlot-specific news from your FLS Cloud team.
