You open the same reports, with the same figures, from the pen, the feed truck or the chute. ## Where to find it ![](https://feedlotsolutions.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-19-2026-06-03-08-2437-PM.png?width=329&height=640&name=image-png-Oct-19-2026-06-03-08-2437-PM.png) 1. Open the tab you are working in: **Loads**, **Cattle**, **Finance**, **Feed** or **Medical**. 2. Tap the gear icon to open the **MyFLS** menu. 3. Tap the reports item just above **Notes**. It is named for the tab, such as **Cattle Reports** or **Load Sheet Reports**. 4. Tap a report to open it. Each tab lists only its own reports, so you are not scrolling past finance reports while you feed. The reports are grouped the way you think about the work. On the Cattle tab, for example, you see **Pen Inventory**, **Movements**, **Inventory**, **Owners** and **Analysis**. Across the five tabs there are 71 reports, the same ones the desktop Reports menu offers. On a tablet, the groups are shown in two columns so you see more at once. ## Finding the report you need At the top of the list is a **Search reports** box. The list narrows as you type, and empty groups are hidden. Typing `usage` on the Feed tab leaves four reports: **Component Usage**, **Lot Component Usage**, **Customer Component Usage** and **Feedlot Component Usage Report**. If nothing matches, the list shows **No matching reports**. ## How load sheet reports pick their date **Day Load Sheets** and **Summary Load Sheets** open for the feed date the Loads screen is showing, not simply today. This matters when you plan ahead. If it is October 20 and your Loads screen is on October 21, the report opens for 10/21/2026. You print exactly the loads you are looking at. ## Getting back and sharing a report When you open a report from a mobile tab, the button at the top reads **\< Back**. It returns you to that tab with the report list still open, ready for the next report. - **\< Back** still returns to your tab after you switch between **Display in Metric** and **Display in Imperial**. - It also works after you swipe back into a report you already left. - In a report you drilled into, **\< Back** first steps back one level inside the report. When you export a report to PDF, it opens inside the app instead of leaving you stranded on the file: - On iPhone and iPad, the PDF opens in a preview. **Done** returns you to the report, and the share icon saves it to Files, emails it or prints it. - On Android, the PDF opens in an FLS Cloud viewer. **\< Back** returns you to the report, and **Share** sends it to email, Files, Drive or a printer. ## Important safeguards - Reports follow the same role rules as the desktop Reports menu. Users without financial access see only **Pen Inventory by Pen**, **Pen Inventory by Lot** and **Pen Transfer**. - Read-only users do not see the four invoice reports on the Finance tab. - If your role has no reports on a tab, the reports item does not appear in **MyFLS** for that tab. - Reports need a live connection. With no signal, tapping a report shows **Reports need an internet connection.** and the list stays open. - Reports opened from the desktop menu are unchanged.
