Same additive, same processing charge, same handful of lots — every month you retype it, and end up with nothing on paper to file. Two new checkboxes on the Add Population Expenses screen fix both.
Tick "Generate a printed version of these applied expenses" before saving, and FLS Cloud opens an Applied Expense Report as soon as the save completes — the same layout as the old FLS desktop version:
Apply to All Lots, or to a pen holding three lots, and the split happens behind the scenes. The report shows you exactly where the money went. Print it, save it as a PDF, or attach it to an owner statement.
Tick "Remember these applied expenses for next time" and your saved rows come back the next time you open the screen — items, categories, quantities, prices, lots and pens, all filled in. Change the date, adjust a quantity, save.
Leave it unticked and the screen opens empty, exactly as before.
Both checkboxes are off by default, on the toolbar next to Save. Tick them on your next monthly charge and see how much you never have to type again.
